Who we are
Penny Wesley LLC (“Penny Wesley,” “we,” “us”) provides research and due diligence briefs for licensed real estate agents and related professionals. Penny Wesley LLC is a New Hampshire limited liability company (Business ID 1041147; formation effective September 19, 2026; SOS acceptance September 21, 2026).

Your relationship for privacy requests is with Penny Wesley LLC only — not with any individual member, creator, or employee personally.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the marketing site or portal, we may collect:
- Account and contact details — name, email, brokerage, license or other professional details you choose to provide
- Order and research details — property address and/or MLS# you submit for lookup, product selected (Buyer Brief / Seller Brief), plan or brief allotment, optional agent context if you choose to provide it, and messages you send us. We do not require upload of MLS sheets or listing PDFs.
- Payment-related data — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers
- Technical data — IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, via hosting, security, or analytics tools if enabled
The marketing site may be largely static HTML. The portal may include accounts, checkout, and order history.
How we use information
- To create and deliver Buyer Briefs and Seller Briefs you order (including use of software tools and, where applicable, AI/LLM-assisted research workflows operated for the Company)
- To operate accounts, billing, entitlements, and customer support
- To improve our products and prevent fraud or abuse
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use
We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate (hosting, email delivery, payments, and compute/AI tooling we use to produce research — for example Stripe and cloud hosts)
- People you authorize (for example another agent you ask us to copy)
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
Property research draws on public records. Finished briefs are delivered to the purchasing account unless you direct otherwise.
Payments
Stripe’s privacy policy also applies to payment processing.
Cookies and similar technologies
We may use essential cookies for login and security, and limited analytics if enabled. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Hosting providers may also collect standard technical logs.
Data retention
We keep account, order, and brief records as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting duties, and resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify when no longer needed.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. Some records (for example completed orders) may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business records.
Children
Services are for licensed professionals and business use. They are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable).
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the revised version with a new effective date.
